    My site is averaging 1,000 views a month and I want to monetize it, but I find Google ads really distracting to my content, does anyone face the same issue? Also what's the average CPM do you guys get from Google Adsense? Is it still worth it in 2021? :eek:

    Unless your site is in tens of thousands or better yet hundreds of thousands AS will be a waste of time. 1K a month will be making pennies. And yes, it will take visitors away from your content.

    At 1000 views/month, you will make few dollars, at best.

    What is your website about ? Why are visitors coming to your website ?

    For the traffic you have at the moment (1,000 views/month), I would advise you to not monetize your website with Adsense. You still have to drive more traffic to your website, and with Adsense, you will definitely take visitors away from your site. My advice, at the moment, monetize your site with affiliate offers.
