    First thing, it is spamming that you are doing. Blog commenting is not worth any more or if you get some value from it so later it will hurt your website SEO for sure.
    As you have mentioned-above in your thread your comments don't approve by the moderators it is because you are commenting on the blogs that are not active anymore or outdated or you are posting spam comments.

    To find related websites for commenting you can do this:
    "Add new comment” + “your keyword here”

    “Leave a reply” + “your keyword here”

    “Leave a comment” + “your keyword here”

    “Post a comment” + “your keyword here”
