    Hi all,

Although the people here are great at helping me asking for advice with coding i think it's about time i started to learn and dedicate time to it.

Does anyone have some suggestions for learning php / mysql online for a absolute novice?

    Best Regards
    Justin

Best resource would probably be something like you know.... php.net and mysql.com as far as I only can get, at least they will have all the latest tricks about everything like that, correct? I hope that so entirely anyway. Thanks for that matter.

I think youtube has everything you need to learn and you can also hire a programmer to teach you online if you have some budget.
if you learn by reading, as @Terem123 said php.net is the only source you can find with the latest info.
you can also check www.tutorialspanel.com. they added PHP course recently so it would be updated.

You can get some good courses on YouTube, Udemy or any other good sites. Laracasts.com is also good for basic php and laravel training and ostraining for WordPress, Joomla CMS etc.
But even a good course will give you knowledge, practice will make you more expert, so develop more projects and
