    It's always fun looking at people's criteria for having been at a place.
    • been to the loo
    • left the airport
    • spent a night
    I made my husband (then bf) stop on a motorway in Luxembourg so I could get out and stand on Luxembourg soil/tarmac and therefore be able to "tick that box".

    Oh, and I met him in Munich, the September of the previous year :) It's a great place to catch up with other Kiwi and Australian backpackers.

    My most vivid memory of Luxembourg is being bitten by a monkey on a chain at Parc Merveilleux (Bettembourg) and having to get my finger bandaged up at the first aid station there. Thank goodness that all my shots were up to date.
