Shopify domain gets redirected to primary domain?

    Hello i have a question for my shopify account. Why my website gets redirected from x.com to the primary domain y.com, and i already have disabled redirection and it says "Traffic from your domains is not being redirected to this primary domain." but i still get redirected but i dont want to?

    It looks like you may need to update the DNS and A record. Not a shopify expert, but won't hurt to find out if that is what you need to do.
