    I want to create my own online store and to do this, I need to choose a CRM. What should I do: contact a salesforce crm consultant or hire a specialist who will create a CRM for me based on the criteria I need?

    I know that a specialist can handle creating an individual CPM system for me, but how much time and price will it cost?
    Or it is better to contact a salesforce crm consultant that will provide me with a ready-made platform and make adjustments.

    If you have good budget then always go to custom CRM according to your need because it would help you in future. If you will buy any CRM system then either you have to adjust in some case or have to pay them also to customize according to you (Not always possible). So my opinion is go always with custom if you know very well that what you need in CRM.
