Why are you selling this site?
This is a complex product, current revenue 94% is net profit. However, capacity is key to scale this product up further.

Currently no other provider offers all-in solution in this market. As comparison, slotmachine providers (that just let their clients embed their slotmachines, not a full all-in product with account management etc.) charge 11,000$ and 15% of profit on their slots per month.

That is just to embed/use their slots, I offer a full fledged solution with account management, CRM panel, 16 provably fair games etc. white-labeled for much less, hence why getting customers is not the problem but the capacity I can offer currently is.

How is it monetized?
B2B product - offering managed solution to take over the tech side of starting online casino's.

Various pricing models are offered depending on client's needs. I am selling managed solutions for monthly subscription prices, at start sold 1 license (with source for self hosting by this company) for 15,000$.

All code is privately developed, owned and hosted by us to secure the integrity of the source code to others.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Capacity, capacity, capacity. Currently I am turning down a lot of leads because you need to have this business/product streamlined to the max.

All clients get base/extended casino solutions, then I charge 95euro/hour for any custom/developing "remote" hands.

Currently we do not have the capacity to accept new customers, all current customers are recurring clients.

They pay a monthly fee, we host the base casino setup in a managed solution enviroment. To not disclose too much client data, but recurring fees for just the initial base featured casino solution is aprox. 3000-5000k per month.

On top of that we prorate to clients a remote hands/development fee for any wishes for 95euro (excl. VAT) per hour.

Best case scenario, I am looking for a business partner to not completely buy up but with organisational skills to scale this biz up to the next level, as currently we do not efficiently

Client retention is quite high and we do not actively search any new sales. However there are some plans on how we are able to restructure (through resellers/whitelabelling). The product is quite complex, not in technical terms as the product with many revisions, official RTP certifications (to prove our games offered are fair to client, to be used for those that apply to official gaming/casino licenses in a country to serve), but it is complex in how to properly steer our developers (currently 2 of us run this business, but we have ties with several freelance developers that we prorate/outsource) while also being in contact with our clients.

Most clients require daily attention (be it paid) however that does cost a lot of time.

In time a plan would be to take on resellers (acquiring clients is incredibly easy) that not only provide leads for a % of the client's revenue they bring, but in time would also act as account/project manager for their provided clients (then in trade for recurring % of client revenue).

To also assure, we are the ONLY provider that offers not only gaming solutions but also the full frame around it, hence why getting clients is so easy and also financially is very attractive. To put in persepective, NETENT, the biggest slot machine provider, just to embed/use their slots (without the framework, account management etc. just their slots) is asking a 10k$ flat monthly fee + 15% of the profit gained from their slots.

We offer 15 stock games, account management, backpanel to manage their solution, CRM. We offer 6 stock bonus systems to use from, referral system etc. for a much more competitive price. While still being able to offer NETENT and other slot machine providers as module if client wants to do-so.

As clients that want to setup a new gaming platform do not have to spend tens of thousands just setting up the technical part, instead they can hire us and take on a subscription license of tested/proven software and then do not have to spend 20k+ on development costs and a lot of time, instead they can focus on marketing and their actual casino business.

Currently all recurring clients have a managed solution. We deploy the software, while they do not have access to any sourcecode (for obvious reasons). We have sold the software (1 license, to not be distributed) once to a firm for between 25-35k for software itself.

Also, all contracts and so on can be provided to serious interested people. To repeat: I prefer to work with a "dragon's den" that can provide help with scaling up and buys in for a small % - but in theory we are open to completely selling the business.

As said 11,429.42$ revenue of this month is just subscription revenue to use our software, doesn't include outsource revenue of custom development/remote hands/ consultation to clients.

I hope to clear up a lot of things @chaosscript - and much more then this I can not disclose in public, as of the nature of this business is very sensitive.

Also code can be seen through zoom/screen share, currently the base deployment of software consist of 45,101 Files in 6,190 Folders (many being the nodemodules, 931 are included).

The software is very extensive, catches fraud and so on in backpanel. Meanwhile the whole system is completely modular, so you can add modules for any games that then gets served within the framework, including external modules for sports, regular online casino slots etc.

Same goes for payment providing, it is all modular and adding a specific API for a payment provider wished by client, is done within an hour. We currently offer in-house payment serving for crypto, in which we forward automatically payments (and credit to players on client's website) completely managed by client. We charge 0.5-1% per deposit to clients to use our stock payment service.

Mostly international, as being mostly anonymous operators using cryptocurrency technology for play & money transfers. We have games running for a client that has certification in Curacao for some of our games (doesn't directly apply to stock software we offer to other clients, but applies specifically for this operator).
