    I have seen there are many auto backlinks create website. But I want to know is it safe to use auto backlink create website to improve SEO? Or is there any punishment to use this. Because i am afraid if google counts my website black SEO.

    Do not use them because they will create spam backlinks from spammy websites which will harm your backlink score. Better create your backlinks manually :)

    These types of website are one of the main reason of bad neighborhood backlinks because if these sites are creating backlinks for you then there will be many links of ban niche market like adult, pharmacy, casino etc and these types of links will hurt website ranking for sure.

    It would most likely not be safe. What is more, it would hardly generate you any quality backlinks, since backlinking is a really precise task, that is yet to be adequately automated.

    There are lots of blogs wich accept guest posts and I think it's easier to document and write a good article and place a relevant link to your website rather than using automated software which will only get you spam backlinks
