    These are author archive pages, they are created automatically and dynamically list all posts by an author. If you want to disable them, you can try to use some plugin for that, like Disable Author Archives or Yoast SEO.

    You can remove the URLs this way:

    Visit the Remove URLs tool here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/url-removal.
    Select your website under “Please select a property” Click the grey button, enter your URL and click “Continue” Click “Submit Request”

    there is a settings option in WordPress. then go reading option and click post-type and from here you can change your URL. in a word, you just change your permalink.
