    I dont know how you missed this option while its showing clearly in top menu ..... Check https://advertising.digitalpoint.com/digitalpoint-com.1/site-detail if you are looking for advertisement at DP. For sticky menu you should upgrade your account and then may be you can get facility like this after spend some more dollar.

    I think you can banned also if you have premium account ...... Because as i seen in DP since long time that you have to manage rules and guidelines of this forums any how does not matter you are free or premium members.

    Once you are banned then there are not any ways to become premium members. More details can given by any senior members or staff members.
