Yes...

He updates the software regularily, then the software receives the updates automatically. So new versions will not be effected. D.R.T. is probably the best supported domain research software available. This is why I am seeking to find a 'qualified' buyer that is not going to ruin the site.

I would like a site like yours that offers a great service!! also I am sure you know PAYPAL has gotten STRICT with their user agreement lately, your site I see takes paypal... any issues there? and also the subscriptions, when they renew will they go to the new owner? if they are attached to a email address like sales @drt.com you can transfer the email address so future payments go to the new owner, are you willing to do that? I am VERY INTERESTED, BUT......................15 months revenue is very high, consider coming off that a bit ? down to 10 or 12 ?also will you consider using a escrow service for the sale such as escrow.com I have used them in the past and they are EXCELLENT!! it is good business practice to use escrow, its safe and assures you get paid and I get the site!! looking for your reply and am hoping we can make a agreement here.

Thanks for the interest, to answer a few of your questions:

PayPal has been very supportive of the site, I have only had a few people submit for refunds, of which they were declined, that is paypal backed me, short of the exceptions I made for peole that renewed that forgot to cancel subscriptions, which had obviously not logged in in a while.

Domain is @ OnlineNIC, it is a simple transfer process.

Hosting is basic Mambo req. PHP, and MySQL

Escrow would be fine.

if it only requires a few hours a week to maintain it as you suggested in an earlier post, why are you selling something that generates you 1-2k monthly?
