    Hello All - Looking For Technical Advise

    I have a simple website to build and I would like to create a portal or panel for my client to be able to change pictures and text on their own. What do I need to accomplish that. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Wordpress would be a good choice but your client would need someone to show them how to accomplish updating the site. It sounds like you would need to learn how to use it before you could pass off the maintenance to the client. Maybe start at wordpress.com.
