    Sometimes I see search results in google search that has "links" underneath the search-result description.

    Those are siteLinks, and I think google determines them automatically. You cannot do much to change those.

    You cannot direcly influence sitelinks on Google. However, you can influence them indirectly. Sitelinks are displayed primarily of pages, that are linked from the main menu or are often linked internally.
