    I took a quick look and this is what I think, as a lifelong Englishman the content is nonsense and obviously not written by someone with any grasp of the English language, you are never going to make any money from Adsense with that content.
    Ditch it and start again with some proper content.

    Yep; the site is just plain crap. I am surprised that Adsense have not terminated your account as sites like that would never come close to getting approved these days.
