I'm trying to apply for a Google Adsense domain, but they send me a negative answer. In their email they just say: "it does not meet our policy". Unfortunately they do not explain what needs to be fixed. Can anyone please explain me what adjustments I have to make? My site is https://shqiptech.com/

Some kind of pop-up pops up at the bottom, maybe that's why.
Maybe site has to has to be in English.
Maybe design has to be better.
I'm going to try to see if I can get approved for AdSense on these blogs:

If they are giving a vague answer like that, then they probably will not accept it no matter what changes you do.

I lost my adsense account in 2011-12 I think. They said my website was showing ads on empty pages, which I am 100% sure is false.
Since then whenever I tried to reapply, they rejected giving vague answers.
Does not meets our copyright guidelines, (site had 100% original content)
site not matching our criteria, etc...

I would suggest that you look for other ways of monetizing your website.

To be true and frank, getting my google adsense account cancelled was the best thing that happened to my business!

For a while, I did shutdown a couple of my websites, but re-started few selected ones about 2 years later.
Within few days I started getting emails from my website saying,
"Thanks for restarting this website, It was very valuable for us... (and so on)"

These were emails from my old website visitors who have somehow managed to re-find my website, and wanted me to add some features to the site so that they can use it more efficiently.
I did those things, did a better design also.
The site peaked at quarter of a million uniques per month, and is an evolving brand name in its niche.

This was when I started thinking about monetizing it again.
I retried with adsense, they rejected again.
So I poured my knowledge about the subject in an ebook and started selling that ebook on the site.

Now there are no ads on the site, except one image of an ebook cover, and tons and tons of useful information!

    Adsense was paying me pennies...
I know me, if google would not have cancelled my account, I'd still be making those pennies only...
Would not even have tried anything else.

    So my suggestion to you,
instead of wasting time in adjusting website for adsense approval, put your own ads of something useful and enjoy a much larger earning from your website!

Here are couple of other ways:
    1. Look into affiliate advertising.
    2. Look into selling monthly ad links
    3. Develop your own product if you can and sell that directly.

Try to focus on getting more traffic first.
Do some social media content sharing, add carefully written articles for SEO purposes etc.

Here too, don't get caught up in SEO too much.
SEO rules change every year. What works today, will become obselete an year later.
Focus on stuff that you can keep doing yourself, like social media targetting etc.

    Possibilities are endless!

    Good luck!
