Does this code contain Javascript?

    I have been trying to create an Ebay listing but my HTML code is blocked because Ebay says that it contains Javascript. But I can't see any in it so thought that I would ask some experts. Here is the code:

    <div style="text-align: center; width: 100%;
    max-width: 900px;
      margin: 0px auto;
      padding: 0px;
      border: 5px solid #8FBC8F;
      border-top-left-radius: 15px;
      border-top-right-radius: 15px;
      border-bottom-right-radius: 15px;
      border-bottom-left-radius: 15px;
      ">
      <div style="line-height: 50px;
      height: 50px;
      text-align: center;
      border-bottom-width: 1px;
      border-bottom-style: solid;
      border-bottom-color: #9ACD32;
      border-top-left-radius: 12px;
      border-top-right-radius: 12px;
      background-color: #9ACD32;
      ">
      <span style="font-size: 26px;
      font-weight: bold; color: #FFFF00;
      text-shadow: #000000 1px 1px 2px;
      ">
    Code (markup):
    For auction

    </span>

      </div>

      <div style="padding: 4px;
      font-size: 32px; font-weight-bold; color: #006000;

      I try to list my items as accurately as possible, and provide good images. If you are unsure of anything, please contact me with your question, and I will do my best to answer it.

      </div><br><br>

      <div style="text-align: left; font-weight: bold; color:#483D8B; ">

      Shipping costs quoted are to mainland UK. I do my very best to dispatch items as soon as possible, and by the least expensive means, even when this is less convenient for me. If you require insurance for your purchase, or you would like the package tracked, be sure to let me know as soon as the auction ends. If you have purchased more than one item, I will of course combine shipping costs for you.
      <br><br>
      And please note carefully - delivery of items shipped via Ebay's shipping service is beyond my control once the item reaches the Ebay shipping hub. From past experience, there can be considerable delays, so if you choose that method of delivery, and your parcel hasn't turned up, you can check if I have dispatched it, but if I have, you will need to chase Ebay, not me.

      </div><br><br></div><div style="height: 30px;
      text-align: center;
      border-top-width: 1px;
      border-top-style: solid;
      border-top-color: #9ACD32;
      border-top-left-radius: 12px;
      border-top-right-radius: 12px;
      border-bottom-right-radius: 12px;
      border-bottom-left-radius: 12px;
      background-color: #9ACD32;
      ">

      <span style="font-size: 20px;
      font-weight: bold; color: #FFFF00;
      text-shadow: #000000 1px 1px 2px;
      ">

      Thank you.

      </span></div>

      </div></div>
    Code (markup):
    So which part if any is the Javascript please?

    I can't see any. It uses some outdated html practices though.

    Thanks. Yes, it may be a bit outdated but that shouldn't be a reason for blocking it if there is no Javascript contained.

    I don't know. It's possible that it reads something like <div style="text-align: left; font-weight: bold; color:#483D8B; "> as javascript. Try eliminating them one by one, see which one triggers their filters.

    No javascript anywhere in that code. You can solve the issue one of two ways.

    First, as the last poster noted, try eliminating items/lines one by one to find the culprit.

    Or, do the reverse, start from one line and slowly add a line at a time until it breaks.

    Either way will work, but if there is more than one 'bad' line in the first, all must be deleted before you find the FIRST problem. Further, you might have a bad line masked by a good line and tear your hair out finding it.

    Doing it the second way will find every bad line as you add them.

    I removed the links to the pictures that were hosted on an external server. That got rid of the Javascript accusation. I'm sure that you will all be surprised to know that links are considered by Ebay to be Javascript.

    But it still said that my code contained active content and would therefore be blocked. I was just about to start the process of eliminating code to find what the culprit was when I noticed a button that said 'Fix this problem' But when I clicked on it, it told me that my code was OK! Needless to say I have written to Ebay and asked them to fix their error.
