    I am new to adsense
    i own a blog about fitness
    below my earning during last 4 month

    total 31$

    but if i check my account balance i only see 1.3$

    $1.32 is your amount approved for payment from last month. Obviously they won't pay that out until its over the minimum when combined with more months.
