    Hello friends ... I tell you that I currently have a job opportunity in Denia and I am looking for houses for sale. Any recommendation?. Seeing an article, I found these Properties for sale Denia, how do you like the price of houses ?. Really living in Spain is a dream come true. Because I have always wanted to live in that country, it has always called me the attention, now that I have the opportunity I would not want to miss it

    Aren't you putting a lot of pressure on yourself? You should rent a house / apartment for a couple months while looking for a house. Give yourself a bit of time. You may find something better for less.

    @qwikad.com is right: you want to live in the area for a little while before deciding which neighborhood location will suit you best. You also want time to learn a bit about the housing market, see the houses for sale in-person, etc. And, of course, you want to be sure that the job actually works out for a few months before truly settling down there. Best to rent for a while, first.
