    Here is my Entry :

    I tried to keep it simple and clean, eventually, it is a dermatologist and the logo must represent professionalism somehow.
    I took into consideration the fact that this will be printed in business cards and letter heads.
    I also tried to Implement the R and the D without adding much noise and distraction from the text.
