    I have a site with 100% organic members on my social network, all this views are from logged in users, adsense payments are very low <10 usd.
    suggest me some good network to monitize my 180,000 hits per month.

    Why don't consider something like affiliate program? In this case you will be able to have affiliate links to the relevant source and will be able to monetize it.

    Can you please elaborate? Are they 2 areas related to your web site content?
    if yes - check popular requests for that kind of content and signup for their affiliate programs.
    You will be able to check that and see how it converts.
