who in the world was i attacking or harassing? i created an article about 1and1? not any user what the hell..

 

Not sure but that 1and1 might have an account here who reported it as an harrasment but honestly i dont see anything wrong with that post. Its just me and i am never sure

 

anyone thats 10 yrs old could see its 1and1 webhosting company, not a user, are you an admin?

Yeah, and it's easy to complain.
I got 2 complain from the same "anonymous" guy for the "same no linked post". To make it short, I don't know why from who.
I could easily make the same thing for anybody, any reason...

 

that's weird. for once i agree with the infracted.

 

I read this thread with the intention of saying "stop your whining". After reading it I changed my mind.

Unless there is a member named 1and1 and this is an honest mistake, I completely agree that your infraction is unwarrented.

If I were you I would appeal this and be prepared to say Thank you if you win.

Come on guys (Crazyrob & Blogmaster).

Over times things got a little loose around here and the need to correct it is necessary. No responsible member disagrees with that. I would hate to be paying for the disk space and BW to support some of the inane commnets I have seen posted here.

Now in this particular case one of a a VERY few that I have seen, this poster feels wronged by the infraction. Why should he not express his/her displeasure?

I think the mod who made the call should either defend it in this thread or retract it in this thread. That is a call to action.

i'd have to agree with the OP this time. we don't see any reason for infraction, really. maybe we aren't seeing what the mods are seeing, in which case it'll be nice to know.

This one does seem legitimate though. Most complaints don't even reference the original thread and I'm left wondering

"Attacking/Harassing Other Members" infraction in general chat that was perfect review and i have to say high quality article but it was negetative review.

i dont think so in general chat we can write any crap.I think we are not allowed to talk about infractions/banns given as they are given only if any major reason.

 

You can, within the law. Just mind crossing the line of defamation/slander etc.

BTW the OP's "issue" has long been "resolved" so no need to discuss the original topic any further in his defence.

I think there is enough mods posting in or reading this threads to take care and decide of that...

 

It is not recommended to start a new thread for every infraction you receive.

 

Tops30 is one of my fav mod posted issue resolved but still open so i said better to close any probe ?looks you are targeting me this days in every thread
