Facebook marketplace-competitors keep reporting me

    ok, lets Start. My name is Lana:)

    I have been selling products on facebook marketplace for 8 months. It is going great.
    Last week I noticed that my listings are not visible but everything else looked normal.
    After 3 days FB unblocked me and my listings were public for 1 hour.

    Then the same thing happened again but this time I was blocked for 1 day.

    I noticed I have competitors (same products) and they have more than 20 fake accounts with listings.
    Then I got report from FB that someone reported me for having fake name
    I came to conclusion that they are reporting me like crazy to remove me from marketplace.

    So I reported to FB but nothing happened.
    Then I reported them (and they got blocked).
    Now we are playing a game of blocking each other

    Its not what I wanna do. I want them to leave my alone because I dont care about them selling the same products.

    I dont want to report them but now I m 100% that they are behind this (only them sell those products except me)

    So my question is what to do. I googled a lot but there is no FB customer support like getting in touch by email/phone

    Has anybody a suggestion?

    If they've decided to play childish games then there's not much you can do. Keep your content as professional as possible so that any reports ultimately go nowhere - and diversify - sell on etsy, ebay, etc.
