The products are sourced through resellers on AliExpress. Once an order is placed by the customer, the app at the backend will let you directly place the order with the reseller and also fill in the shipping and other info of the customer with a click of the button. Shipping costs are usually 1$ to 2$ Worldwide and they are not charged to the customer. The shipping time varies from 5 days to a max of 20 days. There is a dedicated tracking page for the customer to track his order which fully automated.

It's premium in the sense it's using a Premium Shopify theme which has one of the highest conversion rates.
