I am sorry, but I cannot help you in this case. The rule is simple - you need to tell me IP address from which someone got more than 4 pops in 1 hour.
I verify that serverside and if that's true, then I will investigate.

Hello Tom, your popads code needs be optimized. My page load using your code is 5.6 seconds, without your code is 1.6 seconds. Unfortunately it can affect my google ranking, because of my traffic is 99% from there.

 

All our JavaScript code asynchronously and does not affect your website load time. Also, I fairly doubt that our code takes that long to execute unless you are testing on very underpowered virtual machine and modern browser (such combo can result in some slowness in Adscore code).

The problem is Adscore code.

 

If I get bitcoin from depositors and if I get enough of it, I will get a HUGE headache with BTC price volatility.
So advertiser deposited 1 BTC yesterday (worth $10), today you request $5 withdrawal but today 1 BTC is worth $5. What just happened? I lost $5.
This is really not a kind of stuff I want to be dealing with right now.

Which tool is telling you that? For literally 99.9% of traffic, Adscore code executed in below 1 second. Average is below 0.4s and that is only for the first execution, all subsequent ones are near-instant.
