    TIPS FOR IMPROVING QS & CTR

    * QS and CTR go hand in hand, and CTR is the weightiest factor in QS calculations. By following best practices for improving CTR, Quality Scores will also benefit.

    * Add more negative keywords.

    * Test ads extensively.

    * Consider converting ALL standard broad match keywords to BMM

    * Use DKI in ads where possible.

    * Add more phrase & exact match terms (where kw volume / performance warrants it)

    * Consider using SKAG's (where kw volume / performance warrants it)

    * Bottom line is, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and ROI are the more important metrics. Focus on improving these metrics, and if they're trending in the right direction, don't worry (much) about Quality Scores and CTRs.
