    There are several ways to earn from that amount of traffic. There is affiliate linking and advertising.

    Perhaps advertising would be the easiest way for you at currently judging by comments and the info you have provided so you may want to look into that.

    Definitely try to find a way to keep that traffic on your page for longer as well, the bounce rate is quite low.

    Let me get this straight.... you post a screenshot of your stats but you don't even know how to read your stats????????
    Your traffic is landing then just leaving. This means your web site is either 1. confusing 2. not offering what they are looking for or 3. not engaging enough for them to stick around.
