    The thieves steal because they lack creativity and talent. What you must do is to be very fast in regards to contacting prospective clientele with original designs. So...speed and originality is the key to your success and their downfall.

    One more question, what they do is collecting emails and send with low price the same design i designed so they want to show i am expensive

    any ideas?

    Get copyrights on your work and report to their provide about the copyright infringement. It's a tough fight cause they might take a new domain and start selling again.

    You can definitely report them. If it's serious enough, they can be tracked to the source itself rather than a bunch of interchangeable domains.
