Contest $200 visual identity - payment via PayPal (deadline 27/5/19)

Dear all,

We need a visual identity made up of 2 parts: logo + visual statement. Please read instructions carefully to avoid wasting time. It is a simple project with most of the ideas gathered already. It just needs a final touch.

Deadline: Monday, 27/5/2019, 13:00 London time
Payment: $200 USD via PayPal
Deliverables: Vector file (.ai, .eps, .psd)

Business Type: a health project aiming to save women's lives by preventing bleeding after childbirth
Setting: low income countries (please avoid high tech / too fancy elements in the logo)
Style / message to deliver / values: A sense of urgency and call to action, Professional expert care, Low income country – limited source setting
Colors: Red (#be1522), green (#538135), black

The elements in the E letter are extremely important. The E should be green, except the middle line which should be red. The triangle suggests a childbirth drape (that collects the blood) with gradations to quantify the blood volume as the picture attached. The middle line from E will correspond to the important bleeding threshold; hence the color red. The E should give a dynamic feeling, a call to action suggested by the arrow and by the skew, but please feel free to suggest the call to action in other ways too. 'MOTIVE' should be red and look similar to the letters in the picture attached (corresponding to work already done for it). Letter 'I' should have a blood drop as a dot. If you can highlight the drop... even better, maybe with a thin green border or different red? The tagline under the logo should be 'First response to PPH', probably in black.

The E should carry the elements from the logo, except the triangle / drape. The circled letters need to be highlighted somehow (but not with a circle), maybe different color/borders/etc. Try to make everything link together and be visually pleasant.

Thank you for the entries so far.
General feedback:
We believe we are on the way to find a winner by the end of the contest, but small adjustments needed. It may be difficult to incorporate the triangle / drape in the E so future attempts may keep the drape idea out (but keep the calibration under the middle red line as shown in the new picture attached). Green does not look well in the combination so let's try black overall with red for the middle line of E and MOTIVE please. Let's try to move the arrow to the middle line and maybe drop the hyphen between E and MOTIVE, but allow some space between them. The E is key for this logo, needs a bit more work.
Individual feedback:
@pehulz Visually looks good but best to be black and red only. The calibration needs to be below the line of action (red) and the arrows best on the middle line of the E.
@Orlando M Really like the writing first response to PPH below the logo. Again calibration below the middle line is better and the arrow on the middle line of E which needs to be red. Let's try with a triangle and one without please
@sayapr The E needs to be separate from MOTIVE, best to remove green and have black and red only, calibration below the middle line of the E an try with and without a triangle. Need to be italics to show motion and urgency. Needs also arrow in the middle red line of the E. Triangle needs to be transparent to resemble plastic.

@pehulz thank you, the client is much happier now and is asking for a couple of minor edits only.
We will work on the first version of the revision (the one without triangle) and they are asking:
1. The gradation to be black
2. The drop on I to be the shape from here: https://www.sccpre.cat/mypng/full/109-1091357_file-blood-drop-svg-blood-drop-images-hd.png and to be full (not just contour) with a slightly darker red than the rest of the MOTIVE text. Same darker red should be used in the middle line for E.
3. Exploratory just to compare, could we also have a version with italic text for MOTIVE please?

Thank you @creativediva - it is very similar to @pehulz but he is more advanced on it and has the lead.
At the moment he works towards winning, so any other concepts will need to have something new please.

@3SS thank you, interesting dynamic superman like! Perhaps not suitable for poor countries as overly high tech and the first E is not obvious. Perhaps to lose the triangle all together as a concept.

We are bringing the deadline closer as @pehulz is ahead and winning, hopefully this will be his last revision. The new deadline is today (25/5/19) at 21:00 London time. Only different concepts than @pehulz may swing the end.

@pehulz thank you again for working on this, it is just a matter of colors now as follows:
Logo:
1. Slightly reduce the size of E by ~20%
2. Keep the non italic version of MOTIVE
3. Make MOTIVE black and use the darker red for the middle line of E, the I drop and the text under MOTIVE.

Visual statement:
Your initial version from post #3 is already good so just minor edits please
1. Use the same E as in the logo
2. Use the same darker red
3. Remove the green and red lines
4. Use the same drop shape as the I dot to highlight the letters
5. Remove the highlight from E in Escalation
6. Align the text after letters (for M and O slightly more to the left)
