    Hey,

    First of all, before I go into your on-page SEO I need to mention about your off page seo tactics. You are building far too many irrelevant backlinks and that could result in a penalty.

    Your onpage seo needs some optimization.
    Headings needs to be more organized
    Your meta description is too longand does not have any main keywords that you are targeting
    You have far too many internal links
    Your loading speed times could use some work
    You need more keyword focused content.

    These are just the basics I can find at this stage

    Yes. I suggest, take some little time to understand google algorithm first, does and don't does to abort penalty!
    There are some empty "name" tags I have seen in your site which can be utilized with keywords.
