    Why are you selling this site?
    I am starting a new venture soon. I just want to fully clear my plate. Taking best offers. Adsense has been fairly consistent last 2 years plus, I of course have proof. Stats and income reports added.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Facebook and Twitter, not used much if at all.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    an hours or 2 a month

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Asa blog not much. If you go back to selling courses, you need more info and to better the course. I can help. I used to own this 2007 for many years when it brought itn a full income.
