Therein lies your problem! You have no authority in Google's eyes.

What do you mean by authority?
I had no indexing problems in last 2 years. I have same authority, visits, bounce rate and anything. Never got penalised. Never lost positions.
The single problem is hard indexing.

The more authority (high quality backlinks) you have, the more often Google will come back and crawl your site. When you have no authority, Google won't consider your site to be important, and so it won't crawl your site very often.

This is actually normal for most sites (few days-week) to get indexed. Every site gets a "crawl budget" so depending on several factors, this is why it can sometimes take longer if you're reaching that "crawl budget" limit before every page gets crawled. Examples are a slow loading pages, large amount of content, how often you add new content, etc.

Two ways to speed it up are: use the "fetch" and index feature in your Search Console account. Or get backlinks-the more backlinks the search engines come across when crawling other sites, the more opportunities they will follow that backlink and crawl your site.

Indexing has nothing to do with Servers.

You can index your new blog articles faster using the below ways:
    • Your Sitemap can be submitted to Google Search Console.
    • The link of the article too can be submitted to the search engines.
    • Give the links to the page that are from older and already ranking pages.
    • Find other sites and influencers for linking to your page.
    • Keep your blog updated by creating and publishing a blog regularly.
    • Remember to create an RSS feed for your blog.
    • Post articles on influential sites and get a backlink to your page
    • Mention your blog articles on industry forums and communities.
    • Keep sharing your content on social media.

Generally, a blog post takes 2-3 days to index. If you want to get your blog post cached quickly so can do a few things:-

You can use Fetch Your Blog post URL in GWT
You can submit your blog on ping sites
You can do some promotional activities

Thanks a lot for your replies.
I've made some changes (like long articles, increased page speed, fixed some errors - but I haven't added backlinks yet) and my blog is going better.
Now it takes about 3 days to index a new article. With few links I hope to get even better.

    Btw...

Last month I have added to GMT (for FIRST time in over 2 years) and for about 10 days my traffic decreased with about 30%. After deleted from GMT the traffic got back to normal within NEXT day. How about this?
I faced this "issue" like 5 years ago and since then I never added any of my blogs to GMT since last month :) (i'm a little sceptic).
