How to become a salesman

Discussion in 'General Business' started by math20, Dec 19, 2006.

Below is the transcripts of a conversation I had with a msn contact of mine, I originally did this as a joke but looking back it seems like a perfect example of salesmanship; persistence and making things up on the spot.

    Enjoy!

Yes, but I tried to do it using the most blatant exaggerations possible to see what he would say :)

This thread is REALLY confusing. Youre trying to sell something with lies - and your proud of that?

As a joke of course, "I am not a scientist, but I can safely say it is because of the bond that proxies and directories have as children" I'm supprised he didn't get it earlier on.

If he was truly interested I would have gave him real statistics.

Eh - ok. Maybe General Chat would have been more appropriate.

Possibly, but I think that aspiring timeshare salesman worldwide should look at this as inspiration.

I think it was someone who offered me data entry services in response to a post I made a while back. Thanks for your support! :)
