Apache 2.4 throws intermittent timeout error when loading certain contents

Apache 2.4 throws intermittent timeout error when loading some js/gif/png contents. This is happening only once in 10-20 mins. The content its getting timedout is also too small.
it works fine with apache 2.2 and i am seeing this only when i upgraded to 2.4. Timeout errors are seen in the synthetics monitoring we have. users didnt reported any issue neither we have seen any complete page loading issues too.
It passed the perf test, there was no Disk IO, CPU spikes or memory spikes issue reported. Looks like some cache issue but didnt find any cause yet.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Vipin

You can get more info from the Apache error logs.

apache logs didnt help, neither weblogic logs. but issue resolved when we updated the latest weblogic 12C plugin in apache. its has backward compatibility to support weblogic 11g. synthetics monitoring looks very clean now
