How do i increase traffic for my New Job Posting website?

It is an almost 6-8-month-old website. We are daily 3-6 job posting but still, we have't any keywords rank on google and traffic also very low just 10-20 visitor per day. Please help me what i do? or any SEO agent who help me increase traffic of my website.

Right off the bat I can tell you do not use google search console properly.
Best way to start is to tell Google your website is there is by uploading a sitemap.xml directly into google search console.
Other factors such as your on page contents are confusing google so it really does not know where it should place you there.
