Link Structure: Good or Spam?

Example: your home page is images123.com
you have a service page, contact page and a portfolio page.

service pays is: images123.com/image-services and link on all pages says image services and content on that page talks about your services in selling images.

Is this fine or looked at as spam?

 

Why is it spam?
I think your confusing Spamming and a "spammy looking" website.
You could have the best authority website ever and spam it all over and on the other hand "park" a spammy looking website.
the url structure you intend to use looks fine...IMO

 

Link spam (also called blog spam or comment spam) is a form of spamming or Spamdexing that recently became publicized most often when targeting weblogs (or blogs), but also affects wikis (where it is often called wikispam), guestbooks, and online discussion boards.

 

Your link structure should be like images123.com/services as this looks proper. You can check the design sites for this structure. Also, for content don't just stuff the keywords, let them appear as natural. Take references of different design sites and study their content.

 

If there are other types of services on your site (not only image service), then use images123.com/image-service. If you only offer image services, then go with images123.com/services. Don't focus much on keyword repetition in this case, your site won't be considered spammy since it has good content.
