    it can deposit in your bank account. You can link some bank accounts to withdraw from your PayPal. When Spending, PayPal can only take from your CreditCard. And there is a Limit in the number of credit cards. So do not change the credit card number often, it will put your account on hold if you change the credit card many number of times.

    Without your permission paypal cant withdraw money from the bank account which is associated to your paypal account.
    But they can withdraw money from your bank account, when you pay something and u dont have enough money on your paypal account. If u confirm such a transaction, money are taken from your bank account.
    Always read the dialogs, info and texts written with very small fonts below :D

    they cant take money back from ur bank account.....

    they can stop/hold the payment in ur paypal which comes next time..

    and hold till u not clear the issue..
