What is the purpose of URL rotator?

    I've trying to use URL rotator tool to promote my site but it seems it keeps rotatoing the same page all over on my computer and the traffic does not increase at all because its me myself not unique IP.

    So my question is what is the point of using rotator and why people creating it. Sorry this may not be the place to ask but i am not sure where this question is suppose to be place

    You can use Google DFP instead to manage your own or direct sale advertisements.

    If you are promoting just one link there is no need for a URL rotator. Rotators are if you are split testing two or more pages, or promoting multiple links.

    You need to use a service like https://www.tpmrotator.com to place links for the pages you want to promote. Your URL rotator link can then be used in traffic exchanges (i.e. EasyHits4U) to display a random page on your site.
