As long as you have the passion to stick with it and can write quality content, and as long as you have related products that add value I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to successfully market with a blog like that.

Provided there is a buying crowd in the niche.

They're right, you should have a passion.
Do you look at the existing anime review sites and think that they're falling short of your expectations?
If so, then that's your opportunity to be better than the established sites.
If not, then you'll just be another wannabe.

I use Namecheap for my domains and am very satisfied. The support has been excellent in my experience.

Yes, you can make a Review Blog - on Anime Shows & can earn with it - if you know
    (1) How to make a blog
    (2) How to do Keyword research, SEO, Internet marketing
    (3) How to find Ad revenue networks that you can use on your site - like Adsense, Clicksor, or any other Ad/Affiliate network

Being passionate about subject is good - but this niche/topic should be in demand as well. If you think that people would love to read what you have to share about Anime Shows, you are good to go.

Before starting the blog. You can analyse the market share of anime shows. How many monthly search are there from Search engines. What sources you can use to expand your blog may be a youtube channel as well.

I think the idea is nice but you need to make something unique. I mean there is a lot of websites with anime reviews. You need to understand who are competitors and learn how to become better.

I think the most important question is, is there a market for it? Have you done any keyword research to see if people are already searching for it. If there is no demand for it you might want to change it up a little bit.

You can create a blog on anything that you have adequate information on, but you need to create relevant and appealing blogs for the subjects you choose. So do proper research on whatever you aim to talk about in your blog and how you can keep your targeted audience's attention for them to keep reading until the end.

When you start out with your blog you need to pump out MASSIVE amounts of content, months down the road you can dwindle it down but at the beginning you gotta just go full ham and publish multiple posts a day.

Multiple posts a day within reason perhaps. You gotta keep it believable for the search engines.

I think it's more important to establish a schedule and stick to that schedule. If you start with 1 or 2 posts a day then always post once or twice a day. Once the search engines see you posting on a regular basis they'll recognize that as your schedule and expect to find new content based on that schedule. That also means they'll look for that new content at the same time each day.

In addition to doing keywords research mentioned in previous posts (to determine if the niche is alive), make sure that there are products in your niche you can promote as an affiliate.
