Locked out of Facebook and I can’t get in please help

    So I get the locked out message and I hit continue to go through to the security screen and it doesn’t load??? Help I need to get back in any ideas? I’ve tried to log in on loads of browsers on a pc and a Mac and on a phone I’m at a loss
