Increase Conversion (Abandoned shopping cart)

The user added the product to the shopping cart, but did not buy it and left the site.
    - How do you solve this problem?
    - Is this a problem for you?
    - How do you interact with this user?
    - Do you consider email and remarketing an effective tool?
    - Knowing that the user added your product to the shopping cart you are ready to offer him conditions better?
    Last question:
The user added goods to the shopping cart and left the site, but he had this product left in the application, and a link to the site where he did it.
Owners of different shops seeing this can offer a price less.
    Would this increase conversion?

I don't understand how you or anyone else can view the shopper's cookies. Further, there is no way you can delete the cookies on the shopper's computer.

Imagine that from the user's side it looks something like this
    [IMG]
The user visits your and other stores and collects a basket. And shop owners are given the opportunity to interact with this user

It does not matter what the user sees. This is a backend issue.

Apparently you are letting your user clog up your computer space for nothing. Simply let the shopping cart expire in X hours.

No this is not stored by the user device. The solution will allow sellers to interact with users who added goods to the cart, but did not pay for it. Sellers can reduce the cost to the buyer. Do not force the user to return to the sites of sellers where he made the addition of goods to the shopping cart, register, receive email and indicate their payment details on all sites.
The solution is a single basket for all online stores

I am not sure what you are trying to do here, but it looks like to me you are going to get a lot of pissed off potential customers.

Why would ANYONE be open to receive perceived SPAM from STRANGERS concerning something they either already bought somewhere else or have decided not to buy at all? Your conversion rate will be miniscule, not even worth the effort nor the hassle.

If I got spam from strangers because I did not buy something, I would BLACKLIST your site and post here on Digital Point (and other forums) how you allow and encourage unwanted SPAM.

If the buyer did not buy the product, there is a reason, usually that he already found it somewhere else cheaper, more convenient, with better terms, or whatever. Most people will not delete anything from shopping carts that they do not buy, either because they do not know how, or because they don't care anymore. No matter what the reason, bombarding him with SPAM will only piss him off.

As noted above, the BEST thing you can do is let the shopping cart expire in X hours.

I'm trying to make the following solution for the users and business:
    - The user came to the online store, added goods to the cart but did not buy them.
    - The user went to another site and added goods to the shopping cart and also did not buy them, but added them to the shopping cart.
    - The user forgot where he did make the addition to the basket of goods he liked
    - User does not respond to email spam
    - The user does not react to the remarketing of banners.
    - The user does not have the opportunity to see their online purchases in one place
    - Business can not increase the conversion of the abandoned basket
    - Business spends additional funds to return the user to the site
    - Business spends money on the convenience of its online shopping cart
    - The solution does not allow you to make spam from strangers.
    - Rebidding is casually for online stores and working only with its target audience

Let's review Use case so it will be more understandable.

    We have:
    1. Online Store 1 sells computers.
    2. Online Store 2 sells sneakers.
    3. The user came to both these stores and added goods to the shopping cart, but did not buy them.
    4. Both these stores are connected to our service.
    What the user has:
    1. The user in one place (application) all information about the added goods in the basket from different stores.
    2. He can compare them, add them to the wish list, delete them, add them to regular purchases, buy at once in one click in all stores, without having to register.
    3. The user can see which sites he added the goods to the shopping cart when, the properties of the selected products and other. And other functions.
    What do the shops have:
    1. The owner of the store sees how the user works with his goods in the basket and what he does with his goods (removes, buys, puts in a wish list and so on).
Thus, the seller can reduce the item price or make a special offer without sending spam messages, but simply decide based on which list the item is located.
For example: The user added the product to the shopping cart, but moved it to the wish list. Thus, for the seller it is a signal that you can reduce the price for this user
    2. The owner of the site does not need to do email dispatches, force the user to register, indicate their payment details, undergo verification, etc.
    3. The owner sees statistics on what groups of goods his user makes purchases, come up with marketing strategies and so on.

So the potential shopper must connect to your service first?
Why would users do that? To get spied so that they can view a few abandoned carts? They compromise their privacy for minute returns!

If you install InsightBucket, you will see that there is an option to give your customer a discount coupon if the price is too high for him. also, your customers will be able to leave feedback about your store and products so you fix it and it will increase your conversion rate.
