    I need an animated banner that has a VERY SIMPLE DESIGN

    For the animated banner, I need it to say
    Panel 1: Hire Tried and Tested VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS
    Panel 2: Only $30 per 8 Hour Day of Work
    Panel 3: Get Cheaper Content & Free Traffic

    Make sure the file size is LOW ENOUGH

    Also, the DIMENSIONS must be the same as the SAMPLE banner I posed above
