Plesk 12.5.3 error

    Hello all !
    I have an error on my plesk server, that i can`t resolve it ! Hope someone from here can help me :) -- Plesk version 12.5.30 under Virtuozzo

    • Error on Plesk login page : Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0 Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'auth.php' (include_path='.:') in Unknown on line 0

    • Error when i try to make changes from ssh : Warning: require_once(api-cli/CliUtilityRunner.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/repair.php on line 4
    • Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'api-cli/CliUtilityRunner.php' (include_path='.:') in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/repair.php on line 4 exit status 255

    It seems plesk panel failed upgrade, not all packages were upgraded completely.

    I guess the same. Problem is that i don`t know how to fix it, or where to start fixing the issue. I`m really new to Plesk.

    The user hostechsupport helped me alot : he ruined my email and the email is not working anymore. After he ruined the email, he asked me for money to fix it.

    We have only analysed your server logs. many of your configuration files seem missing even plesk database seems corrupted. Except checking the logs, we have not done anything.

    Then why before you started, email was working, and after was not ? Strange, you also asked for 25$ to make the email working ! So, do i need to bring screenshots ?

    We haven't touched anything except checking and providing you logs even not aware of your domain name so how could we ruin your email accounts? The Primary issue was related to Plesk panel which we checked logs and provided you nothing else. we request you to share server logs after we signed in?

    Why Plesk login page is throwing the error that was the issue...we don't know anything about your email issue.

    As i told you, Monday, i will go to the Police. Why ? Because email was working before that, and after, you asked money to fix it. Rest, is history !
