    How can I track the appearance of product mentions on the network? I'm interested in social networks and other web resources.
    After launching a new product, you need to react quickly to all occurrences in the network, and analyze them. I want to do it quickly and prepare in advance. Can you tell what software to cope with this best?

    You talk about "the network" and then "social networks"
    Every social site will have their own way of tracking. Maybe something like Hootsuite will do what you need but it won't track every social media site.

    If you want people to recommend a tool they need to know.
    It's probably worth going through the tools that you've tried and why they didn't meet your requirements.

    The easiest way to monitor mentions about your brand is Google Alerts.
    It`s absolutely free.

    Also you may try a tool BuzzSumo, but this one isn`t free.

    You can try service called Mention. It shows you all the mentions of your product. You can try free trial first to see how it works and if it suits you. But I'm sure it's the thing you're looking for.

    We also use Mention in our work. Google Alerts is also very convenient and simple. In addition, you can always use the usual search engines on a daily basis, by setting "last 24 hours", "last week" and so on in the search tools.

    Google Alerts doesn't provide operational information. I tried this service and missed a lot.

    You have to know one thing about Mention. Each subscription plan has limited number of mentions you can receive and if you will enter the common word your quota will be exceeded really soon. You can contact their support for more information.
