Contest $25 Anniversary Logo Contest / Hoping to end within 48hrs

That's a very good question brainsurgeon. I primarily need a logo. But in my mind I want the logo to have a very strong Romanian theme. I think that is why I am a little "obsessed" with the idea of a Romanian background. So maybe I am a little twisted and confused which can be very true. It still hasn't been determined where it will be used primarily but right now it will be both web and print although I am not sure which it will be more. I am sorry if I confuse you more but that is also because I myself am a little confused. What I do know for sure is I want a strong Romanian theme.

Thanks for the entries. You are surely making my decision hard.

nayirpro: thanks for the submission. It looks very good and very stylish. It is very well put together. I just feel there is a bit too much black (black soldiers and black font). Other than that it looks good

Feizar: thank you for entering this contest. I like almost all of them. I can see myself using almost any of them. I just need to run them past some friends to see which ones they like better because I have a lot of great entries in this contest and I cannot decide which I like best.

Orlando M: thank you for entering this contest. It is a pleasant entry but for me it is just too geometrically correct if this makes sense.

RNHalawi.com: thank you very much for making the effort to enter this contest. I have a small problem with your entry which is something you could not know unless I mention it, and the problem is you used the map as a background. The map is accurate for now but there is a lot of debate about whether it is the correct one due to too many historical facts which I am not going to bore you with now. It is a nicely put together logoand apart from the map as a background I feel like it is a bit too geometrically correct and perhaps I want something a little less geometrical...maybe some effects for the numbers as right now they look a little too rigid. Sorry if I am not making much sense.

Sorry again for the very, very late reply. I honestly want to say a very big thank you for the number of great entries. Except for maybe two of the entries I can see myself happy using any of them, they are all good and of very great quality, worth more than the crappy prize.

So let me give some feedback before I choose the finalists and it is up to them if they want to do some minor edits and see if they will win.

technoguy: #30 both look really good and so does #38 but if I was to choose I still like better the ones with the flag as a background and not the country shape. The second one at #26 also looks really, really good.

3SS: #31 Great work. I cannot fault them. They both look really good. I could see myself using any of them. The only "problem" is this is a very tough contest with lots of great entries and I just happen to believe some other entries are a little more suitable.

Feizar: #32 thanks. This is another great entry.

RNHalawi: #33 thank you for the great entry. It was well liked but the "committee" happened to choose a couple of other ones as the finalists. However, it must be said they would still be happy with this entry if there weren't others which they thought more suitable. Thank you for a great effort and it's good to see you again.

weirdXtreme: thank you for the great entry. Yours was a very difficult one to judge because it has a lot and I mean a lot of potential but still not quite there. What was a little puzzling is that although it has the Romanian elements it somehow doesn't strike as being Romanian from the start. Perhaps that is because the blue is a little darker than the Romanian blue in the Romanian flag. Still a very great logo and with a couple of small alterations it would definitely work but right now we have a couple more logos to choose from which we think are more suitable since this is a very great contest with lots of great entries.

logos4all: wow, just when I thought I have plenty of logos to choose from you came up with this. It is certainly in the top three (top two to be more precise). So other than offering feedback because it looks good I would like to see two changes in order for us to make up our mind. The one change would be if you could make the stripes on the flag vertical. And since you gave me more than one version to choose from can you also do version two but less busy with the background? The background with the Romanian flag is great but it just appears a touch too busy.

attia emad: another wow. Just as I already had a tough time deciding which entry to choose, yours also looks really great. It is in our top three (actually top two). In order to help us decide, can you do these changes: please replace the blue with red (swap them around as that is more accurate for Romanians) and also if we could see it with vertical stripes.

Once again thank you everyone for the great entries. I will ask @logos4all and @attia emad to let me know if they are willing to do those small changes to help us choose a winner and if not that is fine just so I know whether or not to wait for them.
