    You can’t exchange your paypal funds with skrills because of chargeback afraid. You can simply load your skrill account with your debit or credit card.

    You can only withdraw money directly to your card or bank account. I tried to transfer money from PayPal to Skrill once, but it was impossible. It is one of the issues that I do not like with PayPal. The service should increase flexibility, and the users will be more satisfied with it.
