What is best alternative for Fiverr?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by pagecoder, Jun 12, 2018.

I'm newbie and wanted to earn online but Fiverr and upwork is so saturated. There is no way I could be even visible to those clients?
What is the best alternative of fiverr? Is there any established marketplace for us but not too saturated with freelancers?

well, pagecoder! There are many micro-jobs websites but only few work for freelancers.

What I am using right now is https://yooker.com/. It is micro-job website specially for SEO but it has all necessary categories. For time being I am utilizing its Graphic Design category to attract more clients.
After you signup for free, you will be assigned at level zero. You have to earn $50 and get 90% customer satisfaction to get to level one. Signup is completely free, and posting a job there as freelancer is hassle-free one-page thing. You only need to know what you are offering and at what price. Payment is via paypal only.

I agree. Sites like Upwork may be worth checking out.

Fiverr and Upwork is saturated because these two websites bring in the money.

You might find it difficult to enter the market at first but it's totally worth it once you get the momentum.

You need to lower down your fees at first and give your very best in every work that you will provide.

Players in Fiverr and Upwork did not start easily. They all started just like you. They are where they are right now because of hard work.

If you're just interested in earning a couple of bucks then these two sites are not for your and you are right to look somewhere else.

BUT if your products are excellent and you stand behind them and you are willing to put in the hard work then these two websites are exactly what you are looking for.

Stop looking for alternatives, don't look for shortcuts.

Believe in yourself and go for it!

Are you really good at what you do? Can you provide prospective clients examples of your work? If you answer both questions with a yes...

You could put up a basic website with examples of your work and get active on any forums your prospective clients hang out at. Then start networking. After you get several happy clients, word of mouth kicks in. Get people talking about how good your work is.

2 other sites like fiverr to make money online:
    Yooker.com
    Zeerk.com

Although there are tons of sites like Fiverr out there.. Some people are making a living on Fiverr, while others are earning a very good extra income on the side.

You may be doing fiverr wrong. Fiverr really isn't about how to make 5 bucks a project. It's about building a customer base, lead acquisition, upselling your talent by smart consultation, and marketing yourself. If you thought it was about making 5 bucks then you clearly aren't using fiverr correctly.

Not sure if anyone has suggested this yet but try going to konker.io
It's owned by Alex Becker and is similar site to fiverr in many ways but with a lot less competition.

Although it only gets about 250,000 hits per month compared to fiverr's 35 million it could be a great place for you to try out and establish a reputation. Hope that helps!

I suggest to drop these "cheap money" services and focus on websites that can give you better paid jobs.
Invest 1 hour every day sending messages to anyone requests your service on platforms like Linkedin, Guru etc... In a couple of weeks you'll receive proposals that you could just imagine on Upwork and Fiverr.

There are lots of freelance websites where you could find any kind of job. The only thing that unites them is that you need to earn some so-called karma there in order to gain more trust from employees.
It's always hard to start but if you'll work hard - you'll have a success.

You should also try Fivebucks, it is a much more liberal platform because it's built on crypto and all sorts of services are allowed (no adult though) as long as they are legal and there is demand for them, no Fiverr "ToS" this "ToS" that BS

You can try fiverr. Scripted. Pro blogger job board.Upwork, speechpad, and you can also source for jobs yourself through forums and Facebook groups.
