    Hi Everyone,

    We'd like to improve and enhance a website, which is a UK online retailer of watches.

    Our primary aim is to increase the conversion rate, so that a higher ratio of people go on to buy the watches.

    The website is built with shopify, so we have some restrictions in terms of what we can do.

    We've got lots of our own ideas, but would greatly appreciate your feedback on things we can improve.

    You sight looks really good. I like all your pictures and the colors are very vibrant. I would recommend to have your customers leave a place for comments or reviews.

    Do not understand why you are placing items 4 per line, then 1 per line, then 4 per line, etc. All lines should show the same number of items.

    Gray on white for prices suggests to me that you are trying to deceive your potential customers. Why are you trying to hide the prices?

    What is the point in saying "GBP" after every price? Are you suggesting that your customers are too stupid to know prices are listed in British Pounds? Not good to insult your potential customers.
