    About the Forum
    The forum is very active and established and one of the largest in niche gaming. It is focused on RPG side of gaming. There are 32,000+ members and 66,000+ posts.

    I have neglected the forum for a long time now. It has been running because the other mods are taking care of it. I feel that if someone can dedicate a couple of hours a day it can be a great opportunity.

    Revenue
    Along with the forum I have neglected monetizing aspect of it as well. Although the forum is approved for cpm banner ads, it does generate a healthy $200/month on average. Plus $60/month average on Adsense and $75/month on average from CpaEmire

    Again I hate to say it but it does potential but there is effort that one would have to put in.

    I am not looking to sell in multiples of revenue so if you are going to send offers etc on multiples please look somewhere else. Communities have much more value than a normal website. I am looking for offers based on revenue + members and activity.

    I am looking for something around high $x,xxx to $xx,xxx

    I do have a reserve and BIN in mind which will be disclosed later on unless I get a reasonable offer for a quick sale.

    The realest thing about the business world is this: treat clients and prospective buyers with even a small bit of decency, and you'll always receive positive results. Treat people badly (combined with non-existent grammar and the moniker 'bro'), and you lose out, every time. You think I (or any other serious buyer here) am likely to drop anything in the XX,XXX range on a site being sold by a person so defensive about a simple question that he breaks down into primary school-level writing and nicknames? Good luck with that.

    I was not trying to be rude. I simply tried to help you in the "business world". Its a very stupid question to ask a businessman if he have done any business before. I do not need to explain what i do and what i have done in past to you(People here are smart enough to know that). Please point me to where you said that you want NDA signed.     From reading this thread you had a few customers who preferred to make their request for information out in the open. In no way did this make the sale less valid, or "out" the domain. I appreciate that you want to keep that private - and no one has posted it.

    Jaree posted his credentials to show that he had the experience and budget to be considered a serious buyer, yet he hasn't been treated with respect. I don't get that. If you don't want to deal with him, just don't respond.

    Lets keep to the topic - the sale - and refrain from the off-topic discussion.

    I was partially feeling bad for you being the seller, but then again when you post crap like this, well good luck trying to sell the site..

    It may be true for many, it however is no way to act in a thread you are trying to sell a site. Turns off potential buyers, including this one.

    I've been in business for seven years now, and my company is known and respected in Canada, and around the world. I have no idea what "patchdatabase" is or means, and I would appreciate you substantiating the claim that I am a "scam artist."

    If I had any intention of doing a public sale I would'nt have wasted anyone's time by requesting to be contacted privately?

    It appears that everyone has their own agenda of bashing others, needless to say doesn't serve a purpose. Infact, defeats the purpose of having a forum?
