    I have attempted to resolve this issue by myself... However, I can not get my contact form to work correctly. Can someone take a look at my code to see what I have done wrong or make a suggestion. My site is thepotterychannel.com/test

    We'll happily take a look but we need to know what isn't working first.

    Taking a look at the form at upload_2018-5-4_17-25-15.png I can offer the following:
    • the form is completely hackable and people can use your site to spam which may/will result in your hosting company ending their contract with you with zero notice.
    • your inputs don't have a "name" attribute
    It may seem petty but simple things like contact forms can destroy confidence in your main product. Search around for good forms with input sanitisation, there are lots about.
