I know, I thought I was making a clever joke, I guess it didn't quite come out that way :D
But yea, I indeed have a caffeine addiction, but I don't complain, beats most other addictions and is cheaper too.

Maybe I am getting wrong about the problem. But I am not feeling well if I drink more than 2 cups. Let's go with this.

LOL, I should have read your post a bit more carefully. Not to beat this topic to death, but a few years ago one of my sales reps (a female in her late 50's/early 60's) mentioned that she had quit drinking Coca-Cola and started getting tremendous pain in the veins in her legs. She got over it after a few days, but instead of a headache, she got leg pain for her withdrawal symptoms from caffeine.

I drink only instant coffee, percolated coffee does not agree with my stomach and makes me edgy. Try instant and see if this helps.

Okay, thanks for the advice, but I prefer ground coffee. I will try not to drink it as much as I do now.

People have been talking about you, haven't they? Why is everybody out to get you lately? Oh wait, that is just your amphetamine induced paranoia. Not to worry though, sleep is overrated.

very well possible, caffeine withdrawal can arrive in various ways, and one of those symtoms
may include Muscle pain, stiffness, and cramping. I have been drinking caffeine products all
my life, and when i tried to stop, then I felt that I was going a bit crazy. It is just as bad as
trying to stop smoking; and it does not matter if coffee is good or bad for you, and coffee does
have some health benefits such as a glass of red wine, however, if you think about it,
95% of everything we eat and drink is somewhat bad for you. America is simply hooked on
caffeine, smoking, eating bad foods, finger foods, etc, drinking bad things have have pretty
much zero health value. America has simply gotten lazy, and it is tough to undo that addiction...

I finally did stop smoking, however, now I am vaping, so I went from the worst evil to
the least worst evil, none the less, I am still addicted to the nicotine, at
the very least I dont smell like smoke all day, and even cigarettes taste nasty now.

    Great topic.

I do drink iced coffee every single day nowadays. The Emmi and Starbuck's types that are less than £2 in Tesco. Etc. However, they kind of make you want to drink water or juice just a few hours later. Since their caffeine content is pretty high, they make you thirsty later on, and caffeine can make anxiety worse. However, they are like a drug, so not drinking them any more requires will power, and then you get addicted to them more like candy is super hard to wane off for good.

Do you like decaf products? Try decaf coffee instead. I'm sure it must be pretty rank, but I don't mind decaf tea at all.

In moderation. 1 - 2 cups per day tops. The thing that I can't understand is how people can drink coffee before they go to bed.

I can usually get by without coffee most days, but every now and then I need a little pick-me-up and stop at Timmie's for a cup.

Daily two cups of tea and two cups of coffee are enough to give the necessary ignition to my body and mind.

Is there such a thing as gingerbread flavoured coffee? That sounds nice, but more like a Christmas time thing. Might be a bit too sweet for some drinkers.

I think that the most important - know the limits. One cup per day is totally okay, I suppose. But a lot of coffee can lead to undesirable consequences
